Uranium One has purchased Uranium thru Hillary Clinton. Thats a problem all by itself. But lets look at the situation with mining the Uranium. First off everyone needs to look at the environmental impact statement of whatever company will be mining the Uranium and look at the mitigation statement of the same.

More than likely there is a huge impact statement plus a large amount of land mitigation. (put land into conservation for said impact) If the Uranium deposit is as large as it appears to be then the mitigation of land will be huge. In simple terms if the land will be affected by mining then an equal or larger amount of land must be put in conservation in order to mitigate the impact of said operation.

Both EIS (environmental impact statement) and mitigation plan are required for operation of said entity whether it is an office building or a mine. So lets say the impact of operation is 200 acres then another 200 acres are required for mitigation of the 200 acre site. Now lets look at other factors will the operation  of said company affect the air quality in the surrounding air. Then this will impact more acreage due to prevailing winds and other environmental factors. Lets say the winds carry a toxin across 300 more affected acres. Then the mitigation will require more land another 300 acres give or take depending upon the fallout of the prevailing winds. Now lets look at the water quality. How much water is affected this becomes a factor as well. Just like the Bundy situation how is the wildlife affected and how much land will be needed for the displacement of wildlife (flora and fauna).

In the case of Oregon the whole eastern side of the state could be part of an environmental impact and require exorbitant amounts of land for mitigation. In that the government would not only have to displace (flor and fauna) they would also have to displace the human element as well. And if the mitigation plan is delayed (there are time lines set for them)more than six months a whole new impact statement is required and a new mitigation plan is made. This process could delay a project by up to 2 years.

So back to the Hammonds the government required the Hammonds to be displaced for mitigation in order to go forth with the mitigation plan on time. When the deadlines approach the organizations panick and get ugly just like they did to the Hammonds.

Aurora uranium mine project on hold: According to Oregon Energy, “the project is on ice and not moving forward due to uranium prices and sage grouse issue.” (NRC Memo Dec. 12, 2013)

Notice of Intent provided to submit license application for Aurora project: On Apr. 4, 2012, Energy Ventures Limited external link announced that Notice of Intent to submit a Source Material Facility License Application has been provided to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). This notice relates to the proposed development of a uranium processing plant and tailings management facility at the Company’s Aurora Uranium Project.

Company presents project for Aurora open pit uranium mine and mill: The results of Oregon Energy’s test drilling at the Aurora uranium deposit in southeast Oregon has encouraged the company to go ahead with its plans for an open-pit mine at the site, and Oregon Energy’s president Lachlan Reynolds says Oregon Energy is willing to drop $200 million to establish the mine.
Gary Lynch, assistant director of the Mineral Land Regulation and Reclamation Program of Oregon’s Department of Geology and Natural Resources (DOGAMI) external link says Oregon Energy presented its proposal at a public meeting of the DOGAMI governing board on Sept. 13 but the company has not yet submitted an application for a mine.
The mine area, according to Chris Hansen of the Oregon Natural Desert Association (ONDA) external link, is “absolutely core sage grouse habitat.” Sage grouse have been in decline in Oregon. According to ONDA, there is warrant to list the rapidly disappearing sage grouse under the Endangered Species Act, but thanks to politics and a backlog with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the sage grouse is on a waiting list with 250 other species. Two drainages of Cottonwood and McDermitt Creeks go through the site, and Fish and Wildlife documents show that the creeks or their tributaries are endangered species listed Lahontan cutthroat trout habitat.
Oregon Energy plans to process the uranium on the site, which is also a concern for Hansen. (Eugene Weekly Sep. 29, 2011)

The Willamette Week reported on an Australian Company planning to mine the Uranium in Malheur County http://www.wweek.com/portland/article-18572-a_glowing_opportunity.html “It’s uranium—and the county has what may be the biggest sources in the U.S. “

The following is a link to a letter of Agreement to Acquire the Aurora Uranium”.  Pay very close attention to the purchase agreement. Two million dollars for 100% (percent) interest in the property. (for the deposit in Malheur County.)

http://www.australianuranium.com.au/files/Energy%20Ventures%20-%20Aurora%20Uranium%20Deposit.pdf

The following link is to the OregonLive (The Oregonian site. They reported on the deposit in 2012. http://www.oregonlive.com/pacific-northwest-news/index.ssf/2012/01/malheur_county_targeted_for_go.html

Based on the time frame of these articles and letters of agreement it is about time for the projects to move forward. To do so they must displace all property owners in order to mine the Uranium and Gold. The acquisition of the land is the most important key. If the deposits of these minerals are as large as I think, the whole eastern side of Oregon could be taken for mitigation of these projects.

Here is more proof that Uranium One is doing whatever for the Uranium:

Just one more confirmation That the BLM and the Reid family are the corrupt ones. All this and the Bundy bunch sit in a federal prison. If you think thawt this is going away forget it. Look at the Hammond situation. The land is not the peoples land it is the big  wigs land and they thinl they know better how to use it.

The Nevada rancher who forced the federal Bureau of Land Management to back down last week may have been targeted because a Chinese solar company with ties to Sen. Harry Reid’s son wants the land for an energy plant, several websites report.

Forcing a sale by any means…..

Forcing a sale by any means, means “BY ANY MEANS”.

Looking at the ranchers in South eastern Oregon the key need is the Feds getting a hold of resources (gold, water, timber, uranium, etc.) The FEDS have an agenda to take all resources of the States land. In order to do so they must remove the people. The FEDS need to acquire the land that people own.
These families have been on this land for 50 to 100 plus years. To remove them the FEDS need to by law buy the property, just to make it look good. If the property owner knows the value of the land they will have a different idea than the FEDS. The FEDS have learned from Ecology groups that they need to reduce the land values thru subversive measures. These subversive measures include altering the normal environment in order to lower the land value. This will include rerouting water in order to flood land that is not normally flooded when water is captured in a normal channel of flow, like a creek, ditch or river. If the land has water sitting on it for 90 days then the land is then designated wetlands. The wetlands designation comes with a whole slew of regulation for protection. What is now affected by the wetlands designation is water quality, air quality, habitat for endangered and threatened species and buffer zones (100 foot). The human regulation regarding a wetland it depends upon the species that are found in or around the wetland.

wetland bank
Lets look at an example If an area becomes wet and a frog jumps into the pond or water of the wetland and the frog is on the endangered or threatened list then the wetland is now a protected area. A buffer of 100 feet is applied to the wetland and no human activity is allowed on or near the wetland in order to preserve the habitat of the frog. This applies to any bug, animal, mammal or plant. Get the picture.
Now in Oregon the FEDS rerouted water onto ranch land that flooded the land. Created big areas of wetland. The regulation put on the ranchers were oppressive. The choice of the rancher is wait it out and become broke or sell the land to the ones creating the regulations. The choice is give up and go away or struggle the rest of your life. If you struggle and oppose the FEDS and their regulations pressure is applied by threatening to fine you. The fines are exorbitant. $100,000.00 for taking a stick out of a stream impeding water flow. Or in the case of the Sacketts in Idaho $37,000.00 a day. (that is $1,100,000.00 a month million). These regulations destroy businesses in the local area, they close and go else where. The tax dollars to support schools and emergency response are reduced. Harassment by the FEDS is ongoing. They continually remind the land owners they cannot touch the water to improve their property. Meeting are held on a regular basis to talk about flood control. This is a way for them to get a pulse of the community. It is also away to pit neighbor against neighbor.

In the case of Canyon City Oregon where a fire was so large and happened so fast no one had time to protect their property. One land owner lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in timber due to the BLM and US Forest Service policies regarding forest practices. These policies have been being implemented and adjusted for years. Many of these practices started during the listing of the Spotted Owl threatened species act in 1990. These practices have destroyed jobs and families.

With the ludicrous practices of the US Forest Service, fuel for fires are not allowed to be harvested (cleaned up).  An example is the beetle kill in Montana.  The Mountain Pine Beetle infestation has killed of thousands of trees. As the tree dies it dries out and turns red, the needles do not fall immediately. As most know pine needles catch fire with just a spark. The forest service will not allow local companies to go in and harvest the pine beetle invested trees. These trees are just waiting to be fuel for  lightning strike fires. The same in Oregon the dead fall is fuel for fires. The policy of the US Forest Service is to leave dead fall for the natural habitat of bugs, small animals and natural decomposition. All of this in the name of “HABITAT”.
In Canyon City Oregon the fire took place in August 2013. The fire completely destroyed homes and businesses. There are people who know that the forest practices is why the fire became such a big inferno. Fires do happen naturally and it has been good to destroy diseases of the forest and in the past forests would come back healthier. In this case it will NOT.
The land will no longer will be able to handle water. During snow melt and heavy rains water will flow down the mountains and hills unimpeded. Brush and grass help slow water so that it will be absorbed and seep into the ground nourishing the root growth of remaining trees and seedlings for nourishment of regrowth. Grasses and moss are natural filters to clean water and cooling for the streams below. The water in this area will erode silt and fill in the creeks and rivers below. This will create flooding problems. Many will not recover from the fire devastation let alone a flood disaster.
Logging in the area is now gone. There are no trees to harvest. Just like Spotted Owl logging was cut off. Families that relied resource harvesting will have to leave and seek a living elsewhere. The FEDs will cut off all access to the forest that was burned out. The reason will be to allow the “HABITAT” to recover. The flow of money into every organization will be immense just to study the recovery. Any residence left will be not be allowed to sneeze for fear that it will disturb the regrowth of “HABITAT”. What type of habitat will it be? Name any animal, plant or bug that was is or could grow and live will be the “HABITAT”.

If they do anything to help rivers and creeks flow better they will be met with gun-toting Eco-cops to stop them. If they plant anything to help with erosion they will be met with more gun-toting Eco-cops. After all the law is the law.
Why do the FEDS get to regulate us out of our sovereign rights to the land and protecting the land?

Wetlands Banking and Mitigation…

Kyoto protocol flag

After the Kyoto agreement in Japan 1997 and entered into force 2005, it became a free for all for countries to mitigate their polluting ways. It also was a green light for Non-government agencies to run amuck developing the laws and policies for legal methods to take land. This included coercion, regulating even forcing fines on land owners that might be interested in selling their land for the purpose of conservation. Each time a policy or law was questioned, within weeks the policy would be changed, in order to support the green cause for the purpose of buying (taking) land. During this time countries around the world worked with the US to mitigate land for wetlands. Putting conserved land into a wetlands bank in order to mitigate polluting companies in say China, Japan and other countries. This was to meet the Kyoto Protocol.
The Non-government organizations include but not limited to The Nature Conservancy, Trout Unlimited, Ducks Unlimited, American Rivers, Sierra Club, The Audubon, National Wildlife Fund, Friends of the Earth, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. This list is endless. The money involved is enormous.

Every one of these groups that work to conserve habitat use unimaginable amounts of money. They all receive money from donors. Donors that actually believe that you and I cannot and do not know how to take care of the land.  NON-profits also receive money from the Federal Government in the form of GRANTS. Lets say they want to buy a piece of property for conservation, they receive a grant for $200,000.00 for the acquisition of a piece of property. They have four years to buy the property after being awarded the grant. During the four years they have all administrative costs are theirs up to  and equal the amount of the grant (federal government money). Air quality, water quality, endangered species, EPA, BLM,  Army Corps. of Engineers, Fish and Wildlife, Environmental & Natural Resources, and many others that ACT like minor players. The money flows unabated.

wetland bank

The need to conserve land (habitat) to reduce green house gas emissions for the purpose of saving the planet. Since the US is a developed country is a primary country to reduce these emissions. In order to do this land must be conserved to lessen human destruction of natural habitat of flora and fauna. These groups and organizations fully believe that man(human) is the destructor of the planet and must be removed from the land in order to leave the land pristine. For this purpose Wetland Banks were set up in the US in order to  offset CO2 emissions in other countries.

Japan, China, India, South Korea, and many other smaller countries were allowed to purchase wetlands credits in the US. The money went into land purchased that were put into the banks. This was called Carbon Credits. The pollution continues in these countries but the land continues to be taken in the US.

In the case of Oregon it is just plain land taking for profit with the offset of carbon credits for the purchasing country. This allows them (other country) to be in compliance with the Agenda 21 (2030).

Distraction, Distraction, Distraction…

oregon-militia

Now that the American people are watching and fighting over the Oregon Standoff..what is happening on the government front. When the government is up to doing things the American people would absolutely object to they will create a national distraction in order to achieve their goal.

While we the people are concentrating on this issue and watching intently. Even if you are for Ammon Bundy or against Ammon Bundy. The government will quietly be doing other things.

When this thing all started there were things going on internationally that the American people where watching closely, like the refugee crisis across the globe, like the militarization of the police, like the Benghazi indictment, like the TPP, the politically correct Halloween costumes and how it affected professors as well as students, the debates and how Trump is getting so much press, the Hillary Clinton phenomenon, Will Bernie Sanders be the next one, government tracking and surveillance, Googles roll in collecting information, Shutting down free speech on the internet, San Bernadino incident, Fint Michigan water crisis, the lis can go on and become convoluted enough that no one really knows the extent of the problems in America. The biggest is Obama’s’ blanket check to initiate INTERNATIONAL Marshal Law. Not to mention the  largest natural gas leak in California releasing Benzene a very caustic cancer causing chemical. The fallout of Fkashima and the radiation showing up on the Pacific coast.

2015-Map-of-Socalgas-Co-injection-wells-at-Porter-Ranch

Our society has lost its compass. It isn’t even the moral compass, it is the base understanding of the constitution and what the federal government is required to do for the people.

In 1992 when the Agenda 21 was officially announced by our world leaders, no one payed attention. http://habitat.igc.org/agenda21/rio-dec.htm No one payed attention how this agenda would take away the freedoms given to us by our constitution.

The real issue in Oregon is the land grab being done by the Federal government. When Clinton passed the biggest endangered Species act ever is when the great land grab was given a green light to do anything to people to get ahold of their land. By any means take the land out of private ownership. The land in Oregon has been taken by the federal government by any means, right down to the Hillary Clinton selling off the Uranium that sits in the ground under the Hammond ranch. When the Hammonds told the government he was not going to sell to the BLM they immediately prosecuted him for Terrorism. Since when is an American rancher, taking care of his land, a Terrorist.

By any means the land is being taken away. They (FEDS) need to remove the private citizen off the land in order for the Russians to get a hold of the product that was sold to them. New York times have reported on this. Prior to the Hammond issue the land had been bought up all around the Hammonds. The BLM regulated, fine, coerced, destroyed other ranchers in order to walk in and buy the land for next to nothing. The FEDS knew all the other ranchers really had no choice but to sell because they were broken. These organisations keep pushing until the property owner is a broken person can no longer fight the good fight.

Now if you have never lived through something like this you may not understand exactly how bad it is. If it never happens to you it is not easy to comprehend the severity of coercion. The destruction of a families livelihood is unethical, immoral and wrong. Nobody wants to look at the fact (THE FACT) that the federal Government is stealing land from the people. Yeh sure, you can say those other ranchers received compensation. Under that excuse, that means I can use federal regulations to force you to sell your house or car or cell phone and only have to pay you $1.00 (one dollar). I compensated you didn’t I. What would be the problem with this? I don’t see any reason why I should feel bad about you not receiving just compensation for your phone, car or home. So what if you and your family is destroyed and put in the poor house because of the lack of real compensation. So what if your lively hood is destroyed because I only payed you $1.00(one dollar) and you cannot afford to buy another phone, car or house.

The American people are so bought into the narrative that the land must be saved that it has become a religion so much so that they are zealots. If you live in a city you see the land as something out there that animals roam and live. You see the rancher as a destructive entity on the land. You are sadly mistaken and must look at the real history of the people by the people and FOR THE PEOPLE. What does this mean to you?
