Example of taking land at any cost……..

We now have a perfect example again of taking land at any cost. Obama has, by the stroke of a pen taken large swaths of land for a national monument. If this isn’t enough the feds make a point to take land that has been involved in a controversy with the people. The feds did not like the fact that they had to back down so, after enough time has passed and the American people have forgotten all about it. The feds hate to lose, so they stomp their proverbial feet and abuse their power.
The feds had to back off from a land taking, bullying issue and they are like a bully on the play ground. They did not get their own way so they take a different strategy to take the land anyway. They couldn’t take it by buying it, they couldn’t take it by fining the owner, they couldn’t take it by damaging property, they couldn’t take it by force so they use the pen of the white house to take it.

You may say they did not take the land that was privately owned, that may or may not be true! But, by making the property adjacent to the land will mean that the property owner will be put under an exorbitant amount of restriction as to what they will be able to do on the land. If any of the restrictions are violated, even if the restriction goes completely against common sense and constitutional right, fines will be imposed up to and including federal jail time.
We have already seen the federal over reach with the Oregon gentlemen ( Mr Hammond who sits in federal prison). Mr Hammond would not be bullied, he would not sell, he sucked it up and paid fines and still ended up in federal prison. These people know that if they wait out Mrs. Hammond and wait till she is financial troubled or becomes elderly enough to go into a nursing home they will swoop in and take the land. They hope the same thing will happen with the Bundy ranch.

Everyone says “oh they can’t do that” or ” that wouldn’t happen” or even still “why would they do that”.

Those that say these things are in the dark, they are gullible sheeple. They will believe anything the feds tell them.

All over the country as well as the world the land grabs have been going on unchecked and unabated. As long as a fantasy football season is in play there is no one to stop this bunch from implementing Agenda 21 (now known as Agenda 30).

All forms of law except Natural Law (Law of Gravity, Law of Heredity, etc.) come from religion. This is because our religion establishes what we consider “right” and “wrong” and that in turn establishes our Law.

Occupy Burns Oregon vs. Occupy Wallstreet…

This country and its people have gone completely mad. The after math of the Occupy Malhuer refuge and the aftermath of the occupy wall street are very, very different but yet the same in many ways. Just depends on what side you are on. If you are on the rich wealthy cushy side of things the attitude is very elite. If you are on the poor side of things the attitude is indignant. If you are in between and you see the big picture and all facets of the issue you are then a patriot and a combatant to the state, a domestic terrorist, someone who incites violence.

Lets look at a few interesting parallels. This……..

Occupy Wall Street protesters rally in a small park on Canal Street in New York, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011. Police officers evicted the protesters from their base in Zuccotti Park overnight. The National Lawyers Guild obtained a court order allowing the protesters to return with their tents to the park, where they have camped for two months. The guild said the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on the protesters. (AP Photo/Seth Wenig)

was applauded as a wonderful, marvelous, spectacular protest.  Main stream media followed the protest and blowin” in the wind of ratings. One day it was good. One day it was bad for the country. One day it was appropriate for the world to see.

This…….

Actual occupation of the Malheur Refuge near burns Oregon

Actual occupation of the Malheur Refuge near burns Oregon

was vilified as a terroristic act against the american people.  As a matter of fact all of the main protestors are in jail and will probably never see the light of day if the FBI has anything to say about it.

The main issues raised by Occupy Wall Street were social and economic inequality, greed, corruption and the perceived undue influence of corporations on government—particularly from the financial services sector.

The Occupation of the Malheur Refuge wants the Hammonds to be released and for the federal government to relinquish control of the Malheur National Forest.[9] On January 3, Ammon Bundy said the ultimate goal of the militants was to “get the economics here in the county revived” for logging and outdoor recreation.

The Occupy Wall street bunch were a bunch of young ideological young people who have no work prospects and have huge school loans and have no way to pay for them. The Occupy Wall street received donations from George Soros. They brought their tents and occupied a park in New York city. A privately owned public open space. The occupation took 59 days. Bankrupted businesses disrupted civil families living in the immediate area. The owners of this park had the absolute legal right to arrest every protestor in the movement who chose to pillage and plunder this park. It is well-known that after the occupation the cleanup cost the tax payers many, many thousands of dollars to clean up the park from litter to feces. The occupiers were lying around doing drugs, drinking into inebriation,  raping women in the tents,  urinating in doorways of private businesses, sh*tting on the sidewalks and other areas in the park. Condoms found in the litter everywhere, used drug needles and other drug  paraphernalia. Playing music and disrupting people living and doing business in the region of the park. Three people were brought to court, yet all three cases were thrown out of court. There was no real goal set forth or demanded by the occupiers. The ultimate message that was sent is the young are disenfranchised people. Cleanup was not an evidence gathering endeavor. People were not arrested for domestic terrorism. No one was killed by a federal agent.

The Occupy Malhuer refuge were a bunch of well-mannered family oriented people. They were a bunch of people who believe in the constitution and the rights that are given to us by our bill of rights. They chose a building that was abandoned for the winter. The land was owned by “the people” of the united States of America. They funded themselves, yes asking for donations to support them. They ate in local restaurants raising the income of the locals. Burns Oregon business owners prospered financially from the occupation (during an otherwise lean time for these businesses).  The occupiers spent their days cleaning and straightening up the buildings of the refuge. They also spent their time discussing with officials and the locals what their goal was. The message that was loud and clear for a 42 day occupation were 2 messages one; the government land grab and  two; excessive prosecution of the Hammonds a local rancher who would not give their land to the BLM. The constitutional right has been violated by a Corporation running the country. The aftermath  has become an evidence gathering not a cleanup. A person was outright killed by the federal government. The occupiers have been arrested and jailed and may never see the light of day.

The following link lays out a very good description as to why we the people should be supporting the Hammonds;

Government Land Grabs – KrisAnne Hall

Government land grabs are becoming more and more prevalent every day.  There are executive agencies taking private land through regulatory acts.  The federal government is seizing up more and more private land under the auspices of environmental preservation and national parks.  We are even seeing the military taking private land and calling it national security.   Our framers […]

How the big boys do it…

Reading the latest on Chris Christie and the moneys from super storm sandy, the only thing I can say is”this is how the big boys do it”. This is the frustrating part about all the non-profit money that is intended for the betterment and protection of all Americans. The money doesn’t make it to an actual American, that has paid their taxes, worked hard to get a comfortable lifestyle for themselves. We as American citizens can see the corruption take place, yet we can’t seem to do anything about it. If honest people would stand up, vote for the politician that doesn’t walk the political lines, hold dishonest people accountable for lie-ING, then maybe, just maybe the American people can get was is rightly theirs. America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves. / Abraham Lincoln

The bold face lies that are presented to the public while behind the scenes the big boys use the pen to maneuver money for their own personal gain. The maneuvering of these funds are done with plausible deniability. A wink wink nod nod, and the funds end up in someones lap surprise, surprise.

So why are Americans so ignorant of what our founding fathers knew so well. They knew liars would rape this country and government. Those in power would learn to steal with a pen and oppress the people to benefit themselves in fame, power and very lucrative bank accounts. George Washington knew it, Abe Lincoln knew it, and Theodore Roosevelt knew.

We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. / Abraham Lincoln.

Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. / Theodore Roosevelt.

WHY DON’T WE KNOW IT! AND STOP IT!
