Let’s have a conversation…REALLY…

th

I just love all the media when they have some guest on to talk about an issue! The pat cliché saying is “Let’ have a conversation????” Or “We need to have the conversation!” Or some other form referring to the conversation. REALLY What the heck do you think is going on when you are invited onto a broadcast to talk or debate about an issue? Do you think, you people who spew this cliche statement, aren’t having THE CONVERSATION?

It seems to me that those that kneeled during the national anthem started the conversation and people quit talking and took action. Which these so-called national conversations don’t accomplish. Most people who want these national conversations never want action to take place because of these CONVERSATIONS.

Simply put, you people who want to have the “national conversation”, couldn’t come up with a solution for any issue that needs action if you were paid a billion dollars or even to save your life.

TALK! TALK!TALK!TALK! TALK!TALK!TALK!TALK!TALK!TALK!TALK!TALK!TALK!TALK!

This has been happening for 30 years or more. Conversations have been going on about so many issues and nothing ever gets done. All media likes talking about the issue but no action is taken. Can’t people get off their arse and do something about what they don’t like happening. Get involved, then report on what progress you are making. The rich and wealthy needs to put thier money where thier mouth is.

We have seen, especially over the last 40 years, a determined assault on private property rights. It is not coincidental that the passing of the Endangered Species Act marks the beginning of this period. Preservationist groups have accomplished through government coercion what they could not get people to do voluntarily. Increasingly, the cost of perceived […]

Looking at the ranchers in South eastern Oregon the key need is the Feds getting a hold of resources (gold, water, timber, uranium, etc.) The FEDS have an agenda to take all resources of the States land. In order to do so they must remove the people. The FEDS need to acquire the land that people own.
These families have been on this land for 50 to 100 plus years. To remove them the FEDS need to by law buy the property, just to make it look good. If the property owner knows the value of the land they will have a different idea than the FEDS. The FEDS have learned from Ecology groups that they need to reduce the land values thru subversive measures. These subversive measures include altering the normal environment in order to lower the land value. This will include rerouting water in order to flood land that is not normally flooded when water is captured in a normal channel of flow, like a creek, ditch or river. If the land has water sitting on it for 90 days then the land is then designated wetlands. The wetlands designation comes with a whole slew of regulation for protection. What is now affected by the wetlands designation is water quality, air quality, habitat for endangered and threatened species and buffer zones (100 foot). The human regulation regarding a wetland it depends upon the species that are found in or around the wetland.

wetland bank
Lets look at an example If an area becomes wet and a frog jumps into the pond or water of the wetland and the frog is on the endangered or threatened list then the wetland is now a protected area. A buffer of 100 feet is applied to the wetland and no human activity is allowed on or near the wetland in order to preserve the habitat of the frog. This applies to any bug, animal, mammal or plant. Get the picture.
Now in Oregon the FEDS rerouted water onto ranch land that flooded the land. Created big areas of wetland. The regulation put on the ranchers were oppressive. The choice of the rancher is wait it out and become broke or sell the land to the ones creating the regulations. The choice is give up and go away or struggle the rest of your life. If you struggle and oppose the FEDS and their regulations pressure is applied by threatening to fine you. The fines are exorbitant. $100,000.00 for taking a stick out of a stream impeding water flow. Or in the case of the Sacketts in Idaho $37,000.00 a day. (that is $1,100,000.00 a month million). These regulations destroy businesses in the local area, they close and go else where. The tax dollars to support schools and emergency response are reduced. Harassment by the FEDS is ongoing. They continually remind the land owners they cannot touch the water to improve their property. Meeting are held on a regular basis to talk about flood control. This is a way for them to get a pulse of the community. It is also away to pit neighbor against neighbor.

In the case of Canyon City Oregon where a fire was so large and happened so fast no one had time to protect their property. One land owner lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in timber due to the BLM and US Forest Service policies regarding forest practices. These policies have been being implemented and adjusted for years. Many of these practices started during the listing of the Spotted Owl threatened species act in 1990. These practices have destroyed jobs and families.

With the ludicrous practices of the US Forest Service, fuel for fires are not allowed to be harvested (cleaned up).  An example is the beetle kill in Montana.  The Mountain Pine Beetle infestation has killed of thousands of trees. As the tree dies it dries out and turns red, the needles do not fall immediately. As most know pine needles catch fire with just a spark. The forest service will not allow local companies to go in and harvest the pine beetle invested trees. These trees are just waiting to be fuel for  lightning strike fires. The same in Oregon the dead fall is fuel for fires. The policy of the US Forest Service is to leave dead fall for the natural habitat of bugs, small animals and natural decomposition. All of this in the name of “HABITAT”.
In Canyon City Oregon the fire took place in August 2013. The fire completely destroyed homes and businesses. There are people who know that the forest practices is why the fire became such a big inferno. Fires do happen naturally and it has been good to destroy diseases of the forest and in the past forests would come back healthier. In this case it will NOT.
The land will no longer will be able to handle water. During snow melt and heavy rains water will flow down the mountains and hills unimpeded. Brush and grass help slow water so that it will be absorbed and seep into the ground nourishing the root growth of remaining trees and seedlings for nourishment of regrowth. Grasses and moss are natural filters to clean water and cooling for the streams below. The water in this area will erode silt and fill in the creeks and rivers below. This will create flooding problems. Many will not recover from the fire devastation let alone a flood disaster.
Logging in the area is now gone. There are no trees to harvest. Just like Spotted Owl logging was cut off. Families that relied resource harvesting will have to leave and seek a living elsewhere. The FEDs will cut off all access to the forest that was burned out. The reason will be to allow the “HABITAT” to recover. The flow of money into every organization will be immense just to study the recovery. Any residence left will be not be allowed to sneeze for fear that it will disturb the regrowth of “HABITAT”. What type of habitat will it be? Name any animal, plant or bug that was is or could grow and live will be the “HABITAT”.

If they do anything to help rivers and creeks flow better they will be met with gun-toting Eco-cops to stop them. If they plant anything to help with erosion they will be met with more gun-toting Eco-cops. After all the law is the law.
Why do the FEDS get to regulate us out of our sovereign rights to the land and protecting the land?

Wetlands Banking and Mitigation…

Kyoto protocol flag

After the Kyoto agreement in Japan 1997 and entered into force 2005, it became a free for all for countries to mitigate their polluting ways. It also was a green light for Non-government agencies to run amuck developing the laws and policies for legal methods to take land. This included coercion, regulating even forcing fines on land owners that might be interested in selling their land for the purpose of conservation. Each time a policy or law was questioned, within weeks the policy would be changed, in order to support the green cause for the purpose of buying (taking) land. During this time countries around the world worked with the US to mitigate land for wetlands. Putting conserved land into a wetlands bank in order to mitigate polluting companies in say China, Japan and other countries. This was to meet the Kyoto Protocol.
The Non-government organizations include but not limited to The Nature Conservancy, Trout Unlimited, Ducks Unlimited, American Rivers, Sierra Club, The Audubon, National Wildlife Fund, Friends of the Earth, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. This list is endless. The money involved is enormous.

Every one of these groups that work to conserve habitat use unimaginable amounts of money. They all receive money from donors. Donors that actually believe that you and I cannot and do not know how to take care of the land.  NON-profits also receive money from the Federal Government in the form of GRANTS. Lets say they want to buy a piece of property for conservation, they receive a grant for $200,000.00 for the acquisition of a piece of property. They have four years to buy the property after being awarded the grant. During the four years they have all administrative costs are theirs up to  and equal the amount of the grant (federal government money). Air quality, water quality, endangered species, EPA, BLM,  Army Corps. of Engineers, Fish and Wildlife, Environmental & Natural Resources, and many others that ACT like minor players. The money flows unabated.

wetland bank

The need to conserve land (habitat) to reduce green house gas emissions for the purpose of saving the planet. Since the US is a developed country is a primary country to reduce these emissions. In order to do this land must be conserved to lessen human destruction of natural habitat of flora and fauna. These groups and organizations fully believe that man(human) is the destructor of the planet and must be removed from the land in order to leave the land pristine. For this purpose Wetland Banks were set up in the US in order to  offset CO2 emissions in other countries.

Japan, China, India, South Korea, and many other smaller countries were allowed to purchase wetlands credits in the US. The money went into land purchased that were put into the banks. This was called Carbon Credits. The pollution continues in these countries but the land continues to be taken in the US.

In the case of Oregon it is just plain land taking for profit with the offset of carbon credits for the purchasing country. This allows them (other country) to be in compliance with the Agenda 21 (2030).

Contracted consultants putting forth visions for cities making high density housing all for moving people out of rural areas. The high density housing will replace a nice rural communty that produces food and bright children with identities. The high density cities remove individual identities, creativity and disention. This is a step to move the population to areas that can control the people. Watch the following youtube videos to see whats happening in California.

California is moving forth at a rapid rate. Brown wants to be the one and only that leads the world implementing the UN Agenda 2030.

Agenda 21 impact, GO's (Government Organizations), NGO'S (non-government organizations), politics, small community life

Agenda 21 is now Agenda 2030. What does this mean for you and me?

Agenda 21 is a non-binding, voluntarily implemented action plan of the United Nations with regard to sustainable development. It is a product of the Earth Summit (UN Conference on Environment and Development) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992.

The following is taken right from the The UN website

21 August 2015: The President of the UN General Assembly (UNGA), Sam Kutesa, circulated a draft resolution to transmit the outcome document of the UN Summit for the adoption of the post- 2015 development agenda to the UNGA’s 70th session, for adoption during the Summit. Kutesa further informed Member States that he will convene a plenary meeting of the UNGA to take action on the draft resolution. The UNGA meeting will take place on 1 September 2015, in New York, US.

The Draft Resolution, titled ‘Outcome document of the UN Summit for the adoption of the post-2015 development agenda,’ welcomes the “successful conclusion” of the negotiations on the post-2015 development agenda and the outcome document, titled ‘Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,’ which was agreed by consensus at the informal meeting of the plenary on 2 August 2015. It decides to transmit the outcome document to the UNGA’s 70th session for action during the Summit.

The UN Summit for the adoption of the post- 2015 development agenda will take place from 25-27 September 2015, in New York, US. [The Draft Resolution] [IISD RS Story on the Outcome Document of the UN Summit for the Adoption of the Post-2015 Development Agenda]

Climate Change

At the Climate Summit in September 2014 at UN Headquarters in New York, global leaders from government, business, finance and civil society came together to announce bold commitments to eight action areas in the fight against climate change.

In late 2014, UN Member States are meeting in Lima, Peru with the aim of having a draft universal agreement on climate change on the table to be finalized in Paris in 2015. The new agreement is to enter into force in 2020.

Without urgent action on climate change by the international community, humanity may face a grim future. The fifth assessment report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change called for significant reductions of greenhouse-gas emissions, which have recently increased to dangerous levels, due in part to an over-reliance on CO2-emitting fossil fuels and an under-reliance on renewable energy sources.

Sustained economic growth and sustainable development are dependent on the development of sustainable energy sources.  Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s Sustainable Energy for All initiative brings together top-level leadership from all sectors of society (governments, business and civil society).  The goal of this initiative is to transform the world’s energy systems by ensuring universal access to modern energy services, doubling global energy efficiency, and doubling the share of renewable energy sources in the global energy mix.

All of this is set forth in order to mandate this agenda now. Agenda 21 was just a planning phase. It is now serious game on for planners to push the American people over the poverty 3rd world edge. Absolute sustainable development.

California suburbs are being forced into implementing plans for big seven story small apartments and less car lanes and more bike lanes. The plans are to force people to get out of their cars and bike or walk and use busses for their transportation. They are reducing parking to force people to not use their car. One step to social re-engineering. See Covina,  and Upland. https://www.facebook.com/DontUrbanizeUpland
